For you
Same message, different delivery. Whether you have never done the thing once or have done it ten thousand times, the sentence underneath is identical — and so is the software.
Name the work you keep repeating. Solleva writes down your steps and your checks, runs them with your gates in place, and hands you the log.
Individuals
The hard part of starting is not effort — it is not knowing what the first move is. Tell Solleva the thing you want to make or run. It puts the pieces underneath it: what the thing is made of, where the parts come from, what stands in the way, and what to do first. You decide with the numbers in front of you instead of after the invoice, and the cost of trying drops far enough that a failure is survivable.
First open, and there is one instruction. Not a tour and not a settings tour either: name one thing you want to price, order or hand off. The three openers underneath are the shape of an answer, not a feature list.
The custody sentence is on the first screen, not in a policy. Your price sheets, your supplier mail and your order list stay on this machine; you hold the key, and nothing goes anywhere you have not named.

Experts
You keep the estimate, the diagnosis, the design. Solleva takes the reorder, the follow-ups and the filing, and shows you the log of what it did. Your way of working stops living in your head and becomes an asset: readable, editable, and specific enough to hand to the next person you hire. Expertise compounds with the person who earned it instead of leaking into someone else's model.
The gate is the point, and it is drawn. Four of six steps are done. The fifth is your reading of the four exceptions, and until you do it the run holds — and stops spending, which the panel says out loud.
What the reader gets back, in the frame itself: 6 minutes of machine time against 0 minutes of yours, $0.14 of a $6.00 ceiling, and a $3,410 discrepancy found before anyone signed it.
It counts before it offers, and the offer names its evidence. Four Thursdays, the same three steps. It says which two it would take, which one always stops for you, and which judgment calls it will never make — then waits for Teach it.
Renders from the current builds — expert journey frame EX-14 and phone-v2 frame F54, both captured 2026-08-04. Clients, amounts and names are a worked example, labelled as one.
Enterprises
Consultants leave a deck behind, not a system. We embed inside your business, encode how you actually run as playbooks your people operate, install it on machines you control, and measure it against the standard your leads approved. Vendors ship the same product to thousands; your business is not everyone.
Custody survives collaboration. Every owner is a principal — a person or the organisation. Work crossing a boundary is wrapped for the grantee; ending someone's access stops the wrapping and sends their pieces home.
Drift is caught continuously, not at review time. The run is held against the approved standard, and the watch marks the moment the two separated.
Our people work inside your operation until we can run it — not a discovery phase that produces slides.
The intake, the bid, the close and the handoff become playbooks with your gates, your checks and your exceptions written in.
It runs on hardware you control, with the sensitive tiers answered locally by construction. Self-hosting is the same binary; tenancy is configuration.
Every encoded workflow ships with the evidence that it holds — and the watch that says when it stops.
The bridge
To one person. Your first run is twelve steps and you approved two of them. The log shows the other ten — what each produced, what it returned, and the hours you did not spend chasing it. Next time you read the log in the time the coffee takes and know exactly what to change.
To a business. A quarter's intake is the same twelve steps at volume. Every step attributed, every approval named and timestamped, every exception routed to a person and closed. No reconstruction, no second system — the record that priced one run prices the quarter.
Twelve steps and two approvals is an illustrative run from the design build. Your own numbers come from your own log.
One real task, whichever reader you are. Move tiers when the log shows the next one pays for itself — it states that in hours returned, not in adjectives.
