Foundry

The desktop app where your
AI workflows live.

After a Foundry engagement, this app gets installed on your team's machines. Inside: AI workflows built specifically for your business. New capabilities arrive automatically.

How it works
Foundry is the umbrella product. It hosts the kits our forward-deployed engineers ship for you: Forge for the interface, Anvil for workflow definitions, Lore for institutional memory, Temper for measurement. Foundry stays current without IT projects. When we add a new capability to your engagement, it appears in the app on your next update.

Four kits.
One app.

When Foundry's engineers build for your business, the deliverable is this app loaded with kits tuned to your workflows. Open Foundry in the morning; the capability is there.

Forge
cockpit
The interface your team interacts with. Forge is where AI workflows surface in a visual control plane. Questions get answered, workflows get approved, your team stays in control. It's what opens when you launch Foundry.
Anvil
workflow engine
The blueprint layer. Anvil defines what your AI workflows actually do: the steps, the inputs, the decision points. Your team doesn't see Anvil; they see what it enables.
Technical detail
Each workflow is a precisely specified unit that can be tested, versioned, and shipped to your app. Anvil is a state machine engine — roles, transitions, hooks, and artifact requirements all declared in data, none hardcoded.
Lore
memory
Institutional memory. Lore retains the context your AI needs: historical project data, decisions made, terminology your team uses. The reason your system gets smarter the longer you use it.
Temper
measurement
The measurement loop. Temper tracks whether what we built is working: time saved, errors avoided, money recovered. The numbers we share in every retainer review come from here. Measurement is built in, not bolted on.

For teams that want
to see the platform before talking to us.

Most of our customers come through a full engagement. But engineering teams, AI builders, and internal tech leads sometimes want to explore the platform first. This download is for them.

01 — ENGINEERING TEAMS

You're evaluating whether to bring Foundry in

Download the app, explore the kit architecture, and understand what a Foundry engagement would install before committing to a discovery sprint.

02 — AI BUILDERS

You're building workflows with AI agents

Foundry's kit model — Forge for supervision, Anvil for workflow definition, Lore for memory, Temper for measurement — is a reference architecture for AI-collaborative work.

03 — INTERNAL TECH LEADS

You're the person who has to make it real

Your org is considering Foundry and you need to understand what actually gets installed before recommending it. Download and form your own opinion.

04 — FOUNDRY CUSTOMERS

You've completed a discovery sprint

Your engineers have already built your initial workflows. Get the app on additional machines without waiting for an IT cycle.
