You get a generous monthly allowance on capable models. You only pay more if you run far past it, or reach for the most powerful frontier models.

Run the included models within your allowance, meter stronger models by the token, or bring your own key for Claude or GPT and pay us nothing for that inference.

Overage, only if you go big

Past your allowance, extra usage is billed per million tokens — at the model's rate plus a small margin. Most people never reach it.

What is a “cell”?
Your own private, always-on Foundry — an isolated machine with its own encrypted storage. Your captures, transcripts, and knowledge live only there. Nothing is shared with other users, and your data never trains anyone's model.
Can I use my own Claude or ChatGPT subscription?
Yes — that's the point of the Lore MCP on every plan. Connect your own AI to your own knowledge and pay us nothing for that inference. Or use the AI we include and skip the setup.
What happens if I run out of my allowance?
Nothing breaks. Included models keep working; the strongest models simply switch to pay-as-you-go by the token, or you connect your own key. You're always in control of the spend.
Is my data private?
Audio and transcripts are encrypted on your cell before they're ever stored, with a key only your cell holds — the storage provider only ever sees ciphertext. Transcription runs through zero-retention providers, and sensitive content stays local, never sent to a cloud model. Healthcare plans add signed BAAs.
What are voiceprints for?
On Power, Foundry learns your voice so only you can invoke your agent — and it separates speakers across conversations, so it always knows who said what.
